Gem (+help-patches) now installs into .../pd/extra/Gem/
examples install into .../pd/extra/Gem/examples;
therefore the paths to the examples/data (from within the help-patches)
should be 'examples/data/...' rather than weird '../../doc/gem' prefixes

fixed the help-patches (mainly removed the "auto 1" message from [pix_buf] as it was absolutely non-sense
