gui crashes and leaves zombie Pd process the first run on Windows

  1. Install Pd Beta 3
  2. Run
  3. The gui disappears before any libs are loaded, leaving a zombie Pd process.
  4. Run again-- GUI and Pd process successfully run and load libraries

If I uninstall then re-install Purr Data, I don't hit the bug.

Tried removing any lingering nw.js/chromium app state, but it doesn't make a different.

I've only tried on a single machine so far. Triggered the bug with a version compiled from HEAD on the same machine. Then triggered it again after uninstalling that and installing the Beta 3 version.

I don't think this is related to the recently closed bug about Pd disappearing after a few seconds-- I believe that was related to a failure to ping back the Pd process from the GUI. Plus there have been a thousand commits since then...
