canvas resizing not working

when trying to resize a canvas using mouse interaction: error: _s107079e00: no such object

Purr Data beta3, OSX 10.9.5

Works for me on Ubuntu 14.04 i386.

Can you give a step-by-step report for reproducing the error?

Simply creating a new canvas objet and move the little black square around will report error in the console. The little black square move but the size is not changing and error is reported.
