instantiation is broken on windows 10

When I open a patch by double-clicking on a patch file and if Purr Data is already opened, a new pd instance appears in task manager but the interface doesn't show up.

That is very likely a regression from getting the "-unique" flag ported to Purr Data. I'll have a look.
