Inconsistent cursor style in same canvas area (web app)

In the canvas, different cursor types are present in the same canvas area after toggling edit mode off. Related to #736 (it solved in edit mode issue)

Current behaviour:

ubuntu__Running__-_Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_2022-02-21_22-59-29_Trim
