Overhauled preset_node and preset_hub to support any kind of data, including symbols, floats, and lists. Removed unnecessary global class declarations and object filtering for node and hub.

added print as a legal object to connect to the preset_node (this legal object business may go away once we implement lists/anything).

removed rendundant memory hack and found potentially real and permanent fix to the double-entry bug (see g_canvas.c inside canvas_free() function). Many thanks to Krzysztof Czaja for his incredibly helpful hint!

added redundant memory remapping when creating new embedded canvases to avoid double-entry bug which has resurfaced since the introduction of the infinite undo.

added gop move/resize via gui, improved logic on autoresizing objects to accomodate space for nlets (GOP-ed objects with hidden text can be of just abuot any size)

Protection against closing dirty abstractions
closing and quitting doesn't query if everyone is clean
(but "pd perf" message turns that protection back on for performances)
ctrl-1, etc, automatically place new object under a selected one and
connect to it
return when editing an object (not a message or comment) deactivates text
