fix help patch for block~/switch~ by removing the two conflicting block~/switch~ objects, and adding the "bang" method definition

use individual help patches for higher math objects ([cos], [sin], etc.) and cross-reference with math-help.pd

remove one of the tutorial files that has a filename which causes problems under Windows (with the OS itself, outside of any of Pd's implementation details)
