Time to say goodbye to Windows XP. Use our default nw.js version on Windows instead of the ancient 0.14.7.

This reverts commit e0119971.

Fix an editing blunder which broke incremental builds, and add removal of the build dir to the clean target in the toplevel Makefile.

Give some feedback about where the build products are when skipping Debian packaging on non-Debian systems.

Make INCREMENTAL work on Windows (must be passed as make variable, as shell variable is not inherited in submakes).

Make sure that we don't try to build a tarball installer (-fF) on Mac or Windows, build a native package instead.

Remove obsolete build options and add a new -k option to bypass the initial cleaning phase and keep all build products of the previous run.

parse options before downloading nwjs binary (since some of the nwjs binary prep depends on whether we're building a dmg)
