Newer Xcode will complain if we compile for any target older than 10.4. Bumping the target to 10.4 hopefully gets rid of some annoying warnings when running make directly in pd/src on the Mac.

Add a proper Pd-l2ork version number, which serves to identify official releases and the particular Pd-l2ork flavor (1.x for classic Pd-l2ork and 2.x for the nw.js a.k.a. Purr Data version).
