ico's changes to enlarge the xlet hitboxes

Hmm, after some further testing, this fix seems fishy. Lemme investigate further. On a related note, the highlight in the merged version that still animates nlet highlighting is something I personally don't like. While it does show the potential of HTML5, it also slows down the responsiveness as the user feels tempted to see the animation through which makes the interface seem sluggish, even though it is not. The other issue is the hollowness of the stroke--as the nlet enlarges, there is a hollow area inside which I find distracting. I tried the scaling option which looks ok but once again in my view unnecessary. With this in mind, I am in favor of dropping the nlet animation altogether.

Here's the new commit request !365 (merged) that implements this the right way. I am really starting to like how much easier it is to pinpoint the nlet now, as well as how much cleaner the process has become. The animation is I guess more of a matter of taste but there are some reasons I stated in the commit that I believe the implementation I proposed better than the current one.
