About Pd-l2ork text on Windows

This is a really minor issue, but I think that we'll have to convert doc/1.manual/1.introduction.txt to DOS format, so it properly shows on Windows. Stupid notepad doesn't know how to load a Unix-format text file. (At least that's the case on Windows XP, might have gotten better in more recent Windows versions.)
