windows: when zoomed in, context menus appear in the wrong place

if i am zoomed in a bit, or a lot, and i rightclick on an atom, the context menu appears in the wrong place, slightly to the left or even a lot to the left. can this be addressed?

I fixed this awhile back, but it appears the fixer never actually worked for Windows.
