[Feature] Scrollable Sidebar

Currently, when we open a large number of files or in fact open any properties, preferences, or options that show up in the sidebar we see that it overflows beyond the total height of the web app and creates a very bad UI/UX. We should correct it so that it does not happen by making the sidebar scrollable.
