Ctrl + R reloads the web app

When we press the shortcut key Ctrl+R Pd window should shake but instead, the browser web app reloads. I think because the two shortcuts clash, we should make our shortcut key override the browser one.

Steps:

1. Open a new canvas
2. Press Ctrl+R and see that web app reloads

I am starting to work on this issue.
