All the matches are highlighted even if "Highlight All" is not checked

If we search in console we can see that all matches are by default shown in light yellow color even though we have not checked "Highlight All" checkbox.

Current:

We can fix this to only show a single match at a time by default if "Highlight All" is not selected.

I am starting to work on this issue.
