Update debuild for purr-data.
Updated the debuild stuff for purr-data. make deb and make debsrc will now build purr-data binary and source packages, the necessary nw.js binary packages are included (at 0.15.3 currently) in the source package since there are no current nw.js packages available in Ubuntu. Tested locally and on Launchpad (Xenial and Trusty). Launchpad builds of the latest git purr-data sources are available at https://launchpad.net/~dr-graef/+archive/ubuntu/pd-l2ork.xenial and https://launchpad.net/~dr-graef/+archive/ubuntu/pd-l2ork.trusty.
