update expr to Pd Vanilla 0.48 (adds the assignment operator, some other ops)

This updates [expr] and friends to the version in Pd Vanilla 0.48.

I just did some peremptory tests on them and didn't notice any crashers, and valgrind didn't show any leaks when perusing through the help patches.
