Linux: Try to create the ~/.pd-l2ork config dir if necessary when saving the preferences file.

I think I've mentioned this before, here's the fix. On Linux, the ~/.pd-l2ork directory is now created automatically when saving preferences for the first time, so that the user doesn't have to do that manually in order to make changes in the preferences dialog stick across invocations.
