add a "Footgun" GUI preset to hide xlets and cords

This adds a GUI preset that copies default.css with the small change of hiding all cords, inlets, and outlets.

Apparently Max/MSP allows hiding/showing individual patch cords. Instead, we hide/show them per running instance of Purr Data, ensuring that the user more quickly realizes what a bad idea this is.
