Handle null selectors

Jonathan Wilkes requested to merge handle-null-selectors into master

handle null selectors and expand type hints to typedmess and getfn.

To merge we need to expand the tests.

Also we need:

  • null_selector method either in [pdinfo], or in a new [debuginfo] object.
