Fixed bug that prevented proper reinstantiation after deselect

• Previously reinstantiation only worked every other time the object was deselected. Now we force it to properly reinstantiate after each deselect.

Moved entire function below, so that I don't have to do forward declaration of the pddplink_vis.

Yes, I can confirm that bug. Just clicking on that pddp link in the About dialog and then clicking elsewhere I get:

And the proposed fix works. After applying it I get:

So let's have this in the next release, please!

One sec, I just noticed that now when I reopen About with the "fix" added, the pddplink does not show at all... Time to investigate further...

False alarm. No idea why this suddenly did not work during my testing. Now it is all ok again. I guess it is then ready to merge.
