Sidebar top padding

Open Sanket Bhukan requested to merge sankt/purr-data:fix-sidebarTop into emscripten

fixed: #788

current behaviour: (sidebar is moved by 10px from top - checkout borders)

expected: (added padding of 10px and this does not moves the sidebar)
