fix for commit d49dbfcc, which was missing the .h changes. Also removes some unused functions and moves [vu] stuff to g_vumeter.c

refactor : merge t_iem_fstyle_flags and t_iem_init_symargs into t_iemgui. remove type t_iemguidummy. remove fields x_rcv_able, x_snd_able and x_font. removed redundant arg "void *x" in 9 old g_all_guis.c functions. added dummy "send" method to [vu] for consistency.

fixed regression where iemgui widgets within GOP sometimes got redrawn even though that was completely unnecessary

added ability for gop to intelligently detect when iemgui objects fit (or don't) inside gop window. the same also applies to dynamic changes to iemgui properties (size, font, label, delta, position, etc.)

improved/sped-up gop redrawing when using non-accelerated objects, fixed glitching when the two are mixed, improved zoom feature when using embedded patchers (since they share the same font size)

*creating abstractions from menu does not dirty the canvas
*add minimum and currentvalue in addition to maximum of the signal magicglass
*first tests in improving consistency of fonts between vanilla and iemgui objects (in progress)
