first draft of a search engine (powered by elasticlunr). We're just using the release file for elasticlunr here. It might make more sense to do it as a gitsubmodule.

make canvas/console find bar look halfway decent in default.css, and add boilerplate to adjust it for the other skins

disable canvas menu options when the dialog is present. Also, change variable name "o" to something less error-prone

change keyboard shortcut modifiers to use Command on OSX instead of Control, and send a "focus" event for window focus

fix regression with saveas/open callbacks not getting called, plus a minor fix for showing the file extension in the dialog

attempt to show the correct directory in a "Save" dialog.  (Still doesn't work for the "Open" dialog.)

kludge to account for menubar in patch height. (Might want to rethink the whole idea of menubars in patch windows...)
