Replace the Pd-extended output~ abstraction with Alexandre Porres' improved version, with a small revision by Jonathan Wilkes to generate the array data at load time

fix help patch for block~/switch~ by removing the two conflicting block~/switch~ objects, and adding the "bang" method definition

use individual help patches for higher math objects ([cos], [sin], etc.) and cross-reference with math-help.pd

remove one of the tutorial files that has a filename which causes problems under Windows (with the OS itself, outside of any of Pd's implementation details)

port a196a31c4435c865580c28ba87a1c309fd52fe8a from Pd-l2ork: updated closebang and initbang help files

*updated message-help.pd to reflect the new $0 functionality
