first shot at fixing issue #218: error when trying to install on OSX. See if using a temporary text file will work around the bug of plutil creating empty files

replace default nw.js Info.plist with custom one. Not currently using the sed MACROS from Pd-extended (these are shown in the darwin_app/Makefile, and we can add them later for app name and version)

copy Gem dependencies to bin/ so they get loaded properly. (Might think about using `mv` instead of `install` to cut down on unnecessary copies)

don't build wiringPi
don't run dpkg-architecture
remove reference to AppMain.tcl

fix bugs that were keeping the dmg package from building (leaving out the license for now because it relies on outdated Carbon libs)

* add flag for compatibility with older OSX versions
* change library paths in script so that external dependencies are found
* build with jack support

tried this in 743c53eb but forgot add the changes there

Add missing dlls to Windows installer, add dynamic lib extensions for Windows and OSX to scripts/load_all_binaries.pd

* fix typo introduced into tar_em_up.sh
* remove flext and rtcmix from LIB_TARGETS
* selectively compile disis classes on Windows
* use Program Files (x86) for win64
