Similar to #214 -- bug will only occur if the canvas label overlaps the GOP area

another attempt to fix #214. A gui object outside of the GOP area will still send graphical updates to the GUI.  This needs to be addressed on the C side, but for now this fix should work

replace default nw.js Info.plist with custom one. Not currently using the sed MACROS from Pd-extended (these are shown in the darwin_app/Makefile, and we can add them later for app name and version)

fix #194: saving a loaded abstraction gives errors. Cleaned up dangling reference to closed nw window, and protect against out-of-order messages that come before the canvas is mapped
