1st step in syncing latest pdp and pidip with fixes/changes to make it work with latest version of libs

updated Makefiles for merged libraries, improved gem2pdp config file hopefully fixing Fero Kiraly's build error. Updated pd-l2ork-TODO.txt file reflecting newly synced externals.

	changed the first sentence to use "program" instead of "filter."

	Updated to note that using the inlets and outlets does the exact
	same thing as clicking on the boxes in the object.

	Changed the example to something more practical and added a
	description of the example.

improved icons and added ability to open patches by dragging and dropping or double-clicking on the patches within nautilus

fixed problem where using find/finderror would open the new window (where offending object is located) but would not properly select the said object
