Newer Xcode will complain if we compile for any target older than 10.4. Bumping the target to 10.4 hopefully gets rid of some annoying warnings when running make directly in pd/src on the Mac.

port f92dc617867c18216bf4a0e32ece6122b70abc5b from Pd-l2ork: updated bonk~, added bob~, updated makefile to properly build bob~

*updated file locations and made names more consistent across all folders (everything now uses pd-l2ok instead of pdl2ork). Placed user settings into ~/.pd-l2ork/ folder and renamed to simply settings, placed xapian search database for the browser inside the ~/.pd-l2ork folder.
