essentially guarantees that there will be unused parameters, so these warnings
end up being noise even for external libs.

repo cleanup: remove tcl/tk build infrastructure and scripts, old patches, automated build scripts for pd-extended, old gui plugins, and unnecessary install-time dependencies

port all relevant externals to the new loadbang interface. Unfortunately it has some #defines hidden in g_canvas.h, so we port that macro individually to each affected library.

Pulled latest libdir version from https://github.com/pure-data/libdir, needed for compatibility with the new loader.

port moonlib/mknob, and fix an iemgui dialog bug with empty strings not getting changed to zeroes for numeric fields

just ship ladspa.h with the external since that header hasn't changed in forever. This makes it easier to build on OSX where we'd have to fetch it with wget/curl anyway

Get rid of some really annoying legacy Tcl commands in the core. As long as we don't have any LED indicators in the console window, show an error for audio dropouts instead. Also get rid of some debugging messages in the pddp.
