Backported vanilla commit 67b3095a by Ant1r: Fix the way signal scalars are searched into the list of inlets of an object.

Backported the changes in m_obj.c from vanilla commit 7e29725 by millerpuckette; these fix the problem with secondary signal inlets not working without a main signalin.

Pulled latest libdir version from https://github.com/pure-data/libdir, needed for compatibility with the new loader.

Backport rev. 5a58ca2b by msp from vanilla: patch 1990599 - allow recursive calls of new_anything().

Bump vanilla compatibility version due to an API change in the loader extension interface (rev. b66acec3 in vanilla).

Convert the About Pd-l2ork text to DOS line endings, so that Windows' sad excuse for a default text editor displays it properly. Fixes #248.

OSX: Fix up the gui_path and make sure that we launch the engine in the user's homedir and not in some random subdir of the app bundle.
