Convert the About Pd-l2ork text to DOS line endings, so that Windows' sad excuse for a default text editor displays it properly. Fixes #248.

OSX: Fix up the gui_path and make sure that we launch the engine in the user's homedir and not in some random subdir of the app bundle.

Try to fix #222: for OSX App bundle, start pwd in the user's directory instead of deep inside the App bundle

Newer Xcode will complain if we compile for any target older than 10.4. Bumping the target to 10.4 hopefully gets rid of some annoying warnings when running make directly in pd/src on the Mac.
